We've all been there
Managing subscriptions and payments is a pain in the butt.
Many people make use of subscriptions every day for many different purposes: work-related tools, entertainment, bills, etc. These services make our lives a lot easier since most of them have auto payments and give us our cushy lives. However, we often forget about them when we're not using them which is where the problem begins; we keep losing money!!!

Problem
People find it difficult to manage their subscriptions without automation.
During user interviews, I found that many users often struggled to manage finances when it came to subscription services. They often used multiple different cards or would keep track by themselves on paper or on Excel Sheets which could be unreliable due to human error. If they manage to remember, they have to go through the pain of manually unsubscribing where they're constantly bombarded with "are you sure?"

People also distrust automation when it comes to their personal information.
While purchases in the modern age are mostly made online, many apps go one step further and ask for direct banking information such as routing and account numbers. Many people aren’t so sure about uploading this information which is understandable. It’s this lack of trust that presented a great barrier for the entire app.

Key Functions
Subscription Management
The main subscription dashboard allows for users to get a general overview of all their subscriptions (all categorized) and how much it’s costing them monthly. They can tap on each subscription to get more details.
Canceling/Pausing Subscriptions
While in the main details, users can scroll down to either pause or cancel their subscriptions. This will have the app go through the dark patterns to ensure a quick process.
Calendar Syncing
It’s time consuming to have to keep going back into the app to check when your payments are due. This is why I added a function to sync the calendar to users’ personal calendars so they will be notified just by looking at their phones.
